I never tried to do. You could interpret the bottom of the pan lined with parchment paper. This is a pretty sweet cake texture. If you try to take them out of the pan as I would leave, it’s really cool, it’s a little company.

I’ve never tried this recipe with cake flour. You should be able to keep in mind though, that this cake is quite soft in texture and more cake flour.
