I am tyring to loose weight and maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. I am 21 years old and believe it or not i have a hard time trying to loose weight and keep it off . I wanted to try getting a personal trainer to stay motivated and help me to stay on track, but unfortunately i cannot afford it right now. I am a full time college student who works two jobs to pay for school. Also i was wondering if any one has any healthy eating tips to go along with loosing the weight and keeping it off. I have started eating cereal in the morning so that i am not so hungry when it comes time for lunch , but i end upmaking the wrong choices for lunch. So if anyone can help will greatly appreciate it. thanks
