you can make a feta cheese white wines sauce just add the feta at the end. You can make a vermouth and butter sauce with basil and garlic. You can make a scampi sauce with lemon, butter, garlic and wine. you can do an alfredo with heavy cream, garic and parmesan.
Mayonaise mixed with ketchup and a little bit of milk.
Thats what ive always done.
Substitute or omit whatever you don’t have. You’re starting with shrimp, which has its own flavor, and you can add something else you tend to like, such as onions or limes.

Marie Rose sauce, or I think in the USA it’s called Thousand Island dressing is simply Tomato flavoured mayonnaise.
If you use tomato ketchup it’s very easy but can be a bit sweet. I prefer to use 50% mayonnaise, 30% tomato ketchup and 20% tomato puree. You can add a bit of horseradish if you want to spice it up a little.
I also make a hot version of the above by making it and then adding mustard, horseradish and worcestershire sauce.
just add what you have and keep tasting it until you like the result.
Good luck, I could do with some shrimp myself!!!!
