Question by radxd0ll: How to eat more healthy as a teenage girl without losing weight?
I’m a think teenage girl, but I’m not fit at all. I want to tone my stomach. I’ve been doing work outs. But I think I also have to eat a little more healthy to be fit.But I don’t want to lose wight, if anything I’d like to gain more weight. I drink a lot of soda, I love coke. I eat fast food a lot, I love junk food. LOL. Any tips on eating healthier or what to eat without losing weight?

You should add more protein to your diet such as eggs, black beans, peanut butter, (but not too much), yogurt which are healthier than soda and fast food but still have calories. Also, fruit is high in calories but also healthier.
