Question by Americans Are War Criminals: If Taco Bell’s ingredients list was required to prove it was taco filling, why are 11 Herbs and Spices secret?
If nutrition and contents information is required to show allergins, presertvatives etc, and taco bell can get sued for a technical definition of “Beef Taco Filling” why does coke and kfc have secret ingredients?

its not against the law even in grocery stores
many foods will just list spices or herbs and spices, even natural flavoring… and not any more

the FDA’s policy is that there are so little herbs and spices in foods, and so few people are allergic to them, they don’t bother making that a law.
