Question by Who am I?: what is a good low sugar and or weight watchers dessert recipe?
No congealed salad or pudding recipes. I’m looking for something low sugar but formal enough to be appropriate for a Sunday dinner. Any ideas please?

Use agave in place of sugar – good for low glycemic diet.
OR honey, or apple sauce, prunes (mashed).
How about simple and tiny macaroons?
Shredded coconut
One egg to bind, or, egg white to lower fat content
Choco chips if u wish, other, nuts, chopped
Peanut butter, if u like
Bake at 325 until golden. 🙂
