I have recently moved to US. Availability of Sumeet Mixie is difficult. What’s the best local brand for India Style food mixing and grinding? Else do we have any Indian brands available here in US?

Not totally clear what you’re asking for so here’s my interpretation of your question:

Buy yourself a kitchenaid mixer – and – both the grinding, as well as a sausage stuffing attachment. This is a good investment for someone who needs a dependable grinder for now and through the years to come. They’re pricey, but genuinely worth it!

Unless you live in a very large metropolitan area (NY, Chicago, LA) you won’t find a great amount of Indian foods or prepared dishes for sale. It’s more likely you will have to do a great deal of cooking from scratch with independently sourced ingredients. But it’s worth a bit of research on the internet for your region to see if there isn’t an indian store somewhere within the area or within shipment distance.
