dessert ideas for picky about 7 group?

question afriend1234 : dessert ideas for picky group of 7 I need an idea easy for 7 people next weekend dessert, but there are difficult people in this group. So I need some thing without ice cream vanilla, chocolate, nuts, bananas, coffee and raisins. 5 of us studied together in Italy this summer, so if you have a good way to add some great Italian influence (but is welcomed!)
