Question by LaynieBird: How much weight can i lose, just need it gone for a day haha?
i am a 15 year old girl, i am 5’6″ approx., and my scale, which could be a little off is 165, which i know is a little overweight. So, i don’t like my mom ever mentioning anything about my weight, it just makes me so uncomfortable (she’s an exercise freak), and i’m really sensitive. I have a doctor’s appt. tomorrow, it is 7:27 pm right now, and it is at 1:15 tomorrow. So basically i want to weigh as little as i can then, i am planning on not eating dinner, and not eating break feast or lunch tomorrow, and also drinking only/a lot of water until then, and going to the bathroom before my appt, and i will also run/jog/push ups/curl ups (slashes are “or”), bc i have fitness testing soon anyways. i am starting tennis lessons soon, and my friend who did field hockey 2 years ago, and is really lazy, wanted me to think about doing it next year (training over the summer), so we can motivate each other, so i will be healthier soon, and i know not eating makes you gain weight. But this is only for the day, so i have as little food in me as possible during the weigh in, i wil go back to eating regular, and healthier after the appt, i promise ha ha. So is there anything else i can do, i don’t want relationship tips to work out with my mom okay?, just weight loss tips for one day. i know exercising for one day, will only make me lose like .2 of a pound but i don’t care, fast answers please? if u need more info ask please.

Firstly, don’t NOT eat anything. I don’t know how much weight you will lose, but whatever you lose will be fluid, not fat. If you go without food you’ll probably feel sick and you could pass out, so be careful ๐ Eat small amounts of healthy things (carrots, celery sticks) eat veggies, drink plenty of water and add lemon juice (from actual lemons, not juice that you buy at the supermarket) Eat prunes, they are packed full of antioxidants and fibre which will fill you up! Don’t eat too many though, about 4-5. Eat a handful of raw unsalted nuts at any part of the day, this will help your metabolic rate. If your hungry throughout the day, have berries. Berries are extremely low in calories.
