Question by hdoiy27: Every thing about ice-cream maker ??Any one have ice-cream machine?
I want to make ice-cream “creamy soft” using original ingredients ‘not industrial”
I’ve tryed to make such manual ” putting the mixture on refrigerator then take it out,mix it with blender, then again to ref, several time.
but the result not complacence me much with this procejor.
So, now i am thinking to buy an ice-cream maker and I have some question to ask about…. and if you have any other commend to add, or have a butter home made ice-ceam with butter result?,…
1. Types of the home ice-cream machine? And How to use?
2. Do I have to put main ingredient to get the creamy basis?
3. How long it take in avarage to get the creamy ice?
4. What is the avarage number of cups we can made with medium size
home machine?
5. Is their other uses for the ice-cream machine?
6. If you have such one, what you like about it? and what you don’t?
you can put your suggestion of specifice machine, but i am not buying
from the net.

There are many varieties of machine at hugely varying prices.
In the cheapest you have a bowl you put in the freezer and you later add the ingredients and start the blending rotor going. Over about 15 – 20 minutes your ice cream is ready and can be put in containers for keeping in the freezer.
More expensive machines have their own freezer.
All depend on slowly freezing the materials while moving them around so no lumps of ice form.
They all make delicious ice cream – much superior to the blended margarine and flavourings sold by commercial manufacturers.
All come with recipe books.
