I’m intolerant to everything apart from

Fruit
Veg
Soy

Just wondering if anyone has any nice recipies using those ingredients.

PORK CHOPS

4 1/2-inch to 1-inch pork chops
1 cup Italian Dressing or any favorite vinegar and oil dressing
1cup Italian Style seasoned bread crumbs

Mashed potatoes
Frozen green peas or vegetable of choice – cooked according to pkg. directions
Applesauce

Marinate pork chops in dressing for 2 hours turning every 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a pie plate, place bread crumbs. Dredge in bread crumbs coating all sides and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes depending upon thickness of pork chops.

Chicken breasts or pieces may be used instead of pork chops.
