Question by David: How can I learn to cook Indian food?
I fell in love with Indian cuisine and their exotic, complex flavors, and really would love to know how to cook it authentically. Can anyone suggest websites, books, blogs, etc. That could give me some awesome, authentic recipes?

Try start cooking by easy recipes. You will get lot of books in market related to cookery. Check the books and try out the recipes in them
