Question by countryman: tips on Eating healthier?
I’m trying to research on how to eat a bit healthier then pizza, fast food, and frozen meals to get me through the day. I’m a college student that works full time so I don’t have much time (and not good at it any way) for cooking. I’ve tried goggling tips and what’s good and what’s bad and how much until it’s bad but I keep getting different answers. So, I was wondering if anyone knew some easy-to-do meals (hopefully cheap too lol) or at least a website with straight answers. I know close to nothing about it and have no idea where to start. Any help would be great 🙂

I’m trying to eat healthier myself haha, try cutting up fruits and eating that when you don’t have a lot of time to waste and not that hungry. Drinking a lot of water will help you stay full throughout the day so you don’t eat a lot, I like to eat sandwiches (whole wheat) with chicken avocado, lettuce and ketchup x]
