Question by : HEALTHY daily Eating Plan?
want a simple plan to follow so i can slowly get ripped. i have time and dicipline. Please only answer if you are going to give me a list of meals to be eaten in a day, i dont want advice or to be sent to some website site telling me how calories work. No one tell me that i cant do it, or its gonna take a long time. Just want a healthy daily diet plan

Here one of my menus
7:00 am oatmeal with milk
Fresh orange juice
Plum or grapes
10am tortilla roll , you can add ham, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, even chese to it
12:00 pm chicken breast over the grill
. Salda, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots etc and any other side that youd like like rice
3:00 pm at this time you can eat a nutrition bar or something, even a cookie something light and natural as posible
7:00 pm for the night i would eat fruit, veggies anything light as i want to digest it fast.
