We just got an espresso machine, and can’t wait to stop giving Starbucks our money. What are your favorite espresso drinks, and how do you make them? Thanks!

My fave is the caramel macchiato. For a twelve ounce cup (SBux tall) put 3 pumps vanilla syrup in the bottom of the cup. Steam the milk and pour into the cup holding back the foam with a spoon. Put a little of the foam on top of the milk leaving enough room for the shot of espresso which goes on top. Over that drizzle some caramel sauce. NUMMMS!
