Hi i would like to know some of your from-scratch cupcake recipes! it doesnt matter flavors but i would like to learn some because i want to open a shop and i need a little help 🙂 so list ingredients directions, most successful will win!! or yummiest! i got tough customers 🙂

BUTTERMILK CUPCAKES

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup buttermilk

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together with an electric mixer till light and fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition till well blended.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix well.
Add alternately with the buttermilk to the creamed mixture, ending with the flour mixture and beating till well blended.
Fill the cups till half full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Let the cupcakes cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
