Hi im 14 and i dont know anything about cooking im trying to loose weigh. Im at normal weigh but i want to build leg muscles get thinner. And i am hoping you give me simple tasty recipes that a 14 year old can cook.

tea..every morning, much helthier than coffe and simple to make
also try making fruit smoothies 🙂 yumm
citrus fruits mixed with spinach is good too
