I’m a 15 year old female. I weigh 140 pounds & I’m 5’8″. I need to start exercising more and eating more healthily. My weight is getting my self confidence waaay down. I would like to weigh around 130 pounds..I play soccer so I have a pretty thin stomach, but big, muscular legs. They need some toning up. What are some flavorful healthy snacks/meals I can eat? Any good exercises for toning up my legs? Thanks!!! 🙂
So far today, I’ve had 825 calories.
30 cal- coffee creamer
270 cal- 3 small blueberry pancakes
30 cal- 1/2 tbsp ICBINB
15 cal- powdered sugar
210 cal- small bag cheez-it
140 cal- 2 slices bread
60 cal- ham spread
70 cal- pudding cup

I know that most of this is unhealthy…=/
