Question by blahblahblah.: I need to lose weight!?
I’m fourteen and it’s summer so i want to lose weight before i go back to school. Problem is, i’m probably one of the busiest kids you’ll ever meet for my age; mondays and wednesdays are my only free days. I play in softball tournaments on the weekends(fri-sun) and on tuesdays and thursdays i have practice.
I have a gym membership but the only days that are availible for women are tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays.
Now; my goal is to be in a healthy bmi range would be about a 60lbs wieght loss buuuut i have really big muscles and bones and i’ve had people guess i was about 170lbs which is 50lbs less than i weigh so clearly i have muscle that weighs me down.
Overall i want to lose about 40 pounds and go from there.
any dieting tips for a mega busy teen?

Eat less food, and make sure what you do eat is healthy foods
