Question by Taylor: Healthy Eating Tips for Kids?
I’ve been wanting to eat healthier, and wanted some tips. I don’t want to go on a diet or anything like that, but I just want some easy tips. If it helps: I am a 13 year old female, who dances 5 days a week in the summer and 2-3 (maybe 4 times this year) times in the fall/winter/spring.

Eat more low fat foods and exercise a little bit more.
