Question by nicole_20jj: My son has just been put on a gluten free/casein free diet and i am having difficulty where to start looking?
for products in my local grocery store. I am just looking for some products that you have tried that are good and can i find these items in my local grocery store?

local grocery store is going to be REALLY tough unless it has an organics/gluten free section. unfortunately, you’re probably going to have to start doing more things from scratch and visiting your local health food store. there’s a GREAT website for recipes where you can put in your allergens and it comes up with recipes that are okay – and allergens are clearly marked with red.
