Q&A: Zucchini recipes?

Anyone have any recipe’s in which to use zucchini or summer squash. I want to use ingredients laying around the house. Would like to make some zucchini bread, but do not have any baking powder in the house. I do have all the other ingredients, however. We did grill some on the grill last nite, but i would like to try other recipes. Thanks alot!

If you have these indredients you could still make your bread its the best.

HOMEMADE BAKING POWDER

2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Sift ingredients together. Store in airtight container. One teaspoon of homemade baking powder is equal to one teaspoon of “Royal” baking powder.

Have you ever sliced, breaded in egg/cracker crumbs and fried zucchini in it, very good
