Slow-cooker recipes…?

I just broke in my new slow-cooker yesterday (burgundy beef–mmm!) and I’m very happy with it. But I need more recipes! It came with a little recipe booklet, but those recipes look pretty uninspired. Do you have an absolutely great one you’d be prepared to share with me? Thanks!!

Take the leftover beef and add BBQ sauce,onions,green pepper and make your own style of BBQ sandwiches,serve with coleslaw on sandwich,it is very good or serve it on side!
