Question by Twanna: How do I cook these steaks perfectly!!!?
I beated and marinated my steaks last night and today I want to cook them how can I make it perfectly in the oven without being tough also I like my meats well done but not burnt. And also I’m using panko to make it crunchy. Thanks

Use a grill, not the oven. Cook each side evenly, flipping occasionally.
