What are the best simple tofu recipes?

Question by Belladonna: What are the best simple tofu recipes?
I’ve never cooked tofu before, the kind that I have is exta-firm. I was wondering if anyone has any super simple, cheap tofu recipes. I don’t care what sort of recipes they are. Desserts, dinner, whatever. They just need to be easy to make and not take any exotic ingredients.

I learned this one in Japan.

Take a block of tofu and cut it into rectangles about an inch by an inch and a half. Dredge in corn starch and fry quickly in hot vegetable oil. Serve with a small dish of shoyu to dip them in.
