1. I recently bought the Cuisinart soft serve machine and want to make fat-free frozen yogurt, how is this possible? All of the recipes call for whole milk.

2. And where can I find individual powder mixes like pineapple and cake batter like they have on stevesfrozenchillers.com? It is just for individual use, not like a company. (Tried WalMart, they only have them in late spring and summer months)

I just use skim…because I’m a rebel. It’s not as smooth or rich as normal, but it still works decently for me.

I found out that you can use instant pudding packets instead of ice cream – it sets up pretty well, is easy, and it available all year.
