Get two zipper bags, a medium sized one and a larger one. Inside of the larger one, put some sugar, cream or milk (works better with cream but I’m pretty sure it’ll work with milk). If you want to add a flavouring, mix the cream and some strawberries in a blender beforehand to make strawberry cream. Add this into the bag instead of plain cream. Add a few chopped strawberries and seal the bag.

Inside of the larger bag, put lots of ice and some big-grained salt (or regular salt if you don’t have any). Put the smaller bag inside of the larger one and seal it. Knead this for around ten minutes or so, and the cream should turn into ice cream.
